20T 4W is a Simerlift product designed for both indoor and outdoor applications and is available as both battery forklift and electric forklift. The screen control unit manages all the functions required for driving functions and hydraulic functions. A large screen displays all information about the driving status and all messages. The display controller displays the selected driving program and the estimated battery time by computing the current battery state of charge.

The braking system of the truck consists of three different brakes. Service brake, regenerative brake, electrically operated parking brake. The regenerative brake of the electric traction motors is activated in standard operating mode. It converts the acceleration energy of the truck into electrical energy. It causes the truck to slow down as soon as the accelerator pedal is released. If the foot is taken off the accelerator pedal, the truck brakes until it stops. The parking brake keeps the truck safely in place when parked.

The joystick control system provides the operator with an ergonomic working area. The steering system, the tilting cylinders on the lifting mast and the lifting cylinders are powered by a hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor. Attachment control is provided proportionally by electrically controlled joysticks.
