The Simer Lion Forklift 20T-4W Li-ion series is perfectly designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. The forklift’s display control unit manages all the essential functions for driving and hydraulic operations. Thanks to its large screen, it instantly provides the operator with all driving-related information and messages. The display also calculates and shows the estimated battery run time, along with the selected driving program and the current battery charge status.

The forklift is equipped with a three-part brake system: the service brake, regenerative brake, and an electrically operated parking brake. The regenerative brake, powered by electric motors, activates in standard operation mode, converting the forklift’s acceleration energy into electrical energy. When the accelerator pedal is released, the forklift begins to slow down, and it will continue to brake until it comes to a complete stop. The parking brake ensures the forklift remains securely in place when parked.

The joystick control system provides the operator with a more ergonomic working space. The steering system, along with the tilt cylinders and lift cylinders on the mast, is powered by a hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor. Attachment control is managed proportionally via electrically controlled joysticks.
